These Terms govern your use of Memonori and are effective from 5 September 2026.

By downloading, installing or using Memonori, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. The Privacy Policy is a notice about information handling, not blanket consent; any permission or consent required for a feature is requested separately.
The service
Memonori is an on-device memory organization, search, reminder and visualization application. It is not a medical service, emergency service or guaranteed archival service.
Fourteen-day access
The local trial provides Full Access for 14 days without requiring a purchase and does not renew automatically.
Paid access
Monthly and yearly options are auto-renewing subscriptions and unlock the same Full Access features. Memonori does not currently offer a lifetime purchase.
After the trial
Without Full Access, existing memories remain readable, searchable, playable, exportable and deletable. Creating new memories, media, entities, collections and reminders is paused until Full Access is restored.
Your responsibility
You control the content you record and must have the rights and permissions necessary to store it. Keep your vault credentials and encrypted exports safe; loss may be unrecoverable.
Subscription price changes
Memonori may change subscription prices prospectively. Any change for existing subscribers is governed by the App Store or Google Play rules on price preservation, advance notice, consent and effective dates. A price change is not charged retroactively; you can manage or cancel before renewal. Mandatory consumer rights prevail.
Availability and responsibility
Memonori is provided with reasonable care but without a promise of uninterrupted, error-free or permanent preservation. Keep current encrypted backups and protect your device and passwords. To the extent permitted by law, Memonori is not responsible for loss caused by device loss, deletion, forgotten credentials, unsupported modifications or unlawful content. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited.
Store terms and contact
App Store or Google Play rules also govern billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds and restore. Apple’s standard EULA applies where applicable unless a valid custom agreement replaces it. Legal questions: legal@memonori.com. Mandatory law and consumer protections prevail over any conflicting term.
